Eureka! judge Lindsay Sokolowski said, “Red Cow is a local endeavor taking unique food combinations to a whole new level without sacrificing what makes eating so fun. The ingredients are mostly from local farms, supporting more business, and are put together in a genius way. The restaurants are comfortable, inviting and have amazing service.”
