Last week was quite a week for longtime client JNBA Financial Advisors: On Monday, Barron’s named JNBA CEO Richard Brown the top financial advisor in Minnesota. Also, for the fifth year in a row, the firm was named to Barron’s list of the 1,200 top advisors in the country.
This is an especially high-profile recognition for JNBA’s highly customized approach to wealth management and its focus on service. Barron’s ranked advisors on factors including quality of practice, assets under management, revenue and regulatory record.
And on Thursday, JNBA took the top spot in the Mentoring category of the 2014 Community Impact Awards by Minnesota Business Magazine. The category recognizes company programs that help with the mentoring of rising talent in Minnesota. JNBA was singled out for its efforts to provide the next generation of financial planners with real-world experience by helping to establish one of the nation’s first experiential financial planning learning labs, at the University of Minnesota – Duluth. The firm was also recognized for its expanded internship program.
Congratulations to everybody at JNBA!
