In Good Company: Bellmont Partners Recognized As “Best Place to Work” by Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal

Team 2016

With a comfortable and relaxed office environment, generous perks and a stunning treetop view of both the Minneapolis and Saint Paul skylines, it’s no wonder why the Bellmont Partners team loves coming to work. Now, the Twin Cities business community knows why, too – Bellmont Partners has been named one of the Best Places to Work by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal, our first time being named to this prestigious list.

The “Best Places to Work” ranking is open to companies with enviable corporate cultures that have at least 10 full-time employees in the metro area or 1,000 employees in Minnesota. Companies are nominated based on results from a third-party employee survey, which are then tabulated to show a statistically accurate view of what employees think about their employers and work environments.

As the newest member of the Bellmont Partners team, I can say that this is a company that truly “walks the talk” when it comes to providing a positive, rewarding and fun work environment for its employees. And it’s evident that our company culture is a major driver of our client-centric focus and our ability to deliver proactive, strategic and creative results. Bellmont goes above and beyond to ensure that its team enjoys a healthy work/life balance with a truly flexible “work wherever you want” policy, as well as making generous investments in employee wellness. Standing desks, a personal fitness allowance and a well-stocked company fruit bowl are just a few of the amazing perks that earned Bellmont Partners “Best Places to Work” recognition as one of the top-scoring businesses in our category.

We’ll be featured with the other honorees in the August 26 Best Places to Work publication and recognized at an afternoon reception Thursday, August 25 at the new U.S. Bank Stadium.

Congratulations to all the winners, and special thanks to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal for the honor. Now…it’s time to head out on the balcony to enjoy the weather… and do some work of course!
