Exactly one week ago, Brian Bellmont and Bridget Nelson Monroe were steeped in our client Starkey Hearing Technologies’ Hearing Innovation Expo at The Cosmopolitan in balmy Las Vegas. The event catered to Starkey’s customers — hearing professionals — and featured an all-star lineup of speakers (Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Donald Trump, Guy Kawasaki and many, many more).
One of Starkey’s guiding principles is to provide an exemplary customer experience. We saw that value in action firsthand at the Hearing Innovation Expo. Kudos to the entire Starkey team, who thought out every possible detail and delivered an upbeat, genuine experience for the 3,400 attendees, and especially to Brandon Sawalich, Starkey’s senior vice president and the tireless host of the Expo.
