Bellmont Partners Takes Home a 2016 PRSA Classics Award

We had an exceptional time at the Minnesota PRSA Classics Awards last night, celebrating our state’s impressive community of PR practitioners and walking away with an award!

We’re honored to be recognized with a Classics Award in the Special Events/Observances (more than 7 days – Business/Industry) category. For the fifth year, we supported the Midwest Dairy Council’s 2015 Fuel Up to Play 60 Reward Summits program to reward school health and wellness champions. Traveling from North Dakota to Arkansas, the team successfully held and promoted nine daylong summits for more than 1,500 students and teachers to celebrate their health and wellness leadership achievements, while recognizing and celebrating the National Dairy Council’s 100th anniversary along the way.

We were also honored to be finalists in three other award categories:

  • Marketing Services (Established – Budget Less Than $100,000): Bellmont Partners helped establish GradStaff and its CEO, Bob LaBombard, as a leading entry-level hiring resource through a strategic content marketing campaign. The company has been featured in U.S. News & World Report, Forbes, Parade,, Business News Daily and many other outlets.
  • Multimedia: We helped Global Rights for Women find its voice through video with a moving four-minute video designed to communicate the organization’s mission for women’s human right to be free from violence. The video, produced with partner Mastcom, was introduced at the organization’s 2015 fundraising gala, and is an essential part of the organization’s website, content marketing programs and fundraising efforts.
  • Institutional Programs (Business/Industry): Verde Technologies engaged Bellmont Partners to strategize and implement a multi-audience public relations program to introduce the Deterra Drug Deactivation System. The innovative product helps quickly, safely and inexpensively deactivate and dispose of leftover prescription drugs. The Bellmont team assisted with developing and implementing a content marketing strategy and a media relations campaign that resulted in almost 800 million impressions and more than 200 stories in national, trade and local media.

We’re very proud of the strong partnerships we’ve built with all of our clients, and we’re thrilled to be recognized by our peers for the work that we do. Thank you!
